Our Caviar Number 3 is a hybrid from the Beluga & Baerii Sturgeon. Like Numbers 1 and 2, it's from our longstanding Italian suppliers. This caviar is a wonderfully decadent way to elevate your canapes. Or just spoon it down.
50g would give you two decent servings or would still be meaningful spread across 15 handsome canapes.
